From Curious Son-in-Law to Sourdough Devotee

Hi, I’m Ron—a proud sourdough addict, flavor chaser, and joyful carb creator.

My sourdough journey began thanks to my mother-in-law, who introduced me to the wild world of starters, stretch-and-folds, and the magic of naturally leavened bread. What started as a humble attempt to impress the family quickly turned into a full-blown passion (and, okay… mild obsession).

Fueled by my love of good food and the simple joy of making people smile with something homemade, I dove DEEP—experimenting, failing, learning, and finally creating loaves that not only fed the stomach but also fed the soul.

Today, I run Knead & Noodle a small-batch sourdough bakery dedicated to crusty outsides, chewy insides, and flavors that make people say, “Wow, you made this?”

Whether it's a loaf shared around the dinner table or a surprise delivery to a neighbor, I believe bread has a way of bringing people together. And that’s why I bake.
